Question: Employment agencies are in the business of finding employment for individuals. One difficulty these agencies have is identifying individuals with the necessary skills to keep a job after they are placed. You work with a researcher who has been asked to develop a four-week course designed to teach people the skills that they need to retain a job. Your four-week course consists of training in dealing with a supervisor, dealing with difficult coworkers, dressing for the job, and other very basic skills that would help an individual succeed in the workplace. The basic design that you want to use is a posttest-only randomized design with a treatment and control group. Discuss the following questions:

1. What factors do you have to take into consideration in presenting the treatment conditions?
