Question: Employment agencies are in the business of finding employment for individuals. One difficulty these agencies have is identifying individuals with the necessary skills to keep a job after they are placed. You work with a researcher who has been asked to develop a four-week course designed to teach people the skills that they need to retain a job. Your four-week course consists of training in dealing with a supervisor, dealing with difficult coworkers, dressing for the job, and other very basic skills that would help an individual succeed in the workplace.
