Question 1) a marketing strategy in the time perspective of 1 year so that the eatery you know enters the Mathallen, in other words becomes a winner on the local market, or you create a marketing strategy in the time perspective of 1 year to become stronger on the market due to a tougher competitive situation after the Mathallen is opened.

Question 2) to create 3 scenarios (positive, neutral and negative) for the development of the restaurant you know and have described in task 1. You must basically make the choices you have made in task 1.
