For this assignment, follow this link https://www.eeoc.gov/laws/practices/index.cfm to find the major categories of "prohibited employment policies and practices" under the laws of equal employment. After reading these practices, return to the EEOC home page at https://www.eeoc.gov and select one of the actual EEOC cases listed under the "Newsroom" column on the left. (Be sure to use a current case, something that occurred in 2013.

Prepare a 2-3 page (excluding title page and reference page) analysis of the case, answering the following questions:

1. Identify the case (title, company, state filed, etc).
2. List the key parts of this lawsuit, who did what and to whom?
3. How does this case relate to one or more of the prohibited employment policies and practices? What law is the employer accused of violating?
4. What evidence in the case justifies the EEOC determination that an employee's rights were violated?
5. What do you think the employer's motives were for their behavior?
6. How should the employer change their policies/procedures to prevent future violations of this type?
7. What is the value of publicizing these violations in the public EEOC website?

Parameters: Your paper should be a minimum of 2-3 pages (excluding title and reference pages). Be very careful to rephrase the case facts in your own words, do not cut and paste from the website or another source. Be sure to include in text citations and references in APA 6th edition style.
