Assignment
1. The marketing team would like to launch a new product to its clients. The marketing director is the project initiator but will require involvement of many teams including subject matter experts.
2. This product will be made available to existing clients and new clients offered via the online web portal or by calling into customer service.
3. It will require the need of installation of new equipment at client site so will require installation scheduling changes and equipment inventory monitoring and maintenance.
4. It will require adding the new product to the product database and updating the pricing table.
5. The initial budget is $300,000.
6. They want a 2 phased rollout and have communicated to clients already. New product will be available to Ontario customers on Nov 1, 2023 and to Quebec customers on Dec 1, 2023.
