Helps simplify the time-consuming process of find a parking spot in both parking lots and garages. Malls, arenas, and schools' spots are consolidated into one convenient map allowing you to find a spot without a hassle, and remind you where your car is when you leave.

Users can also earn points for designating that they have both parked and left. Certain threshold of points awards users with discounts that the respective locations are offering, for ex. Retail stores can award them with coupons or cash back.

Viability

Park It will allow users, through a crowd-sourced framework, to designate if they are looking for parking or if they are leaving a parking spot.

We will develop the database for the lot maps in the locations and then the users can designate where their parking spot is located so that other users can see what becomes available.

Technically speaking, the app will use 3-dimensional software and requires smartphone GPS navigation that illustrates real-time changes in parking availability, saving the user time.

With the help of some coders and software developers it is doable, but there is obviously some work to be done. It will also use Google Maps to show you your location while looking for a parking spot. The 3D software will overlay the map to show you where the spots that are available in your area are.

In terms of business, we will be relying mostly on selling the data to advertisers on app. We will also be using retailers directly who want to give offers to consumers.

Currently, the closest competitors would be an app called Spot Hero and Best Parking however, it does not coordinate individual parking spots with customers instead it allows them to reserve parking spaces in lots that may or may not be nearby the desired location, for ex. If interested in dolphin mall you can park in MIA for a cheap rate and guaranteed space.

VIP service where customers who pay a premium can reserve parking spots in certain locations.
