Question: Your e-portfolio is a way to gain your competitive advantage in the marketplace. Each of you has a different purpose for creating an e-portfolio. Maybe you are seeking a promotion, a new job or adding the information to your professional portfolio. This discussion will focus on your "why." Why should you create an e-portfolio and how do you plan on using it?

1. Explain know how you will use the portfolio after the completion of the course. Why is an e-portfolio an important tool? Who do you plan to share it with?

2. What elements are important to include in an e-portfolio? What artifacts are you going to include. Consider a combination of professional achievements and educational achievements. Be creative as there is not a right or wrong response. Provide details of the artifacts you would like to include. Consider what will be of value to the person reviewing the artifacts.
