She has complained of fatigue, decreased concentration, decreased appetite, and muscle weakness for several weeks, prompting concerns of an exacerbation of depression. Admission laboratory studies revealed, BP 140/100 mm/Hg, HR 63, Na 141 mEq/L, K 4 mEq/L, Ca

14.5 mg/dL, Mg 2.1 mEq/L, Phosphate 1.3 mg/dL, a marginally elevated serum lithium level at 1.27 mEq/L, parathyroid hormone (PTH) level of 68.2 pg/mL (10-75pg/ml) and a 25-hydroxy vitamin D level of 46.8 ng/mL (>30ng/ml).
