Mario Cruz, a 52 year old male plant manager presently residing at 18 Simoun Street Acacia, Malabon, due to elevated blood pressure. He initially sought consult at the plant clinic due to episodes of headache and nape pain. It was there that his blood pressure was noted to be 150/90 by the company nurse. He claims that his parents were both hypertensive, as well as 2 of his siblings. He is a smoker, and consumes about 1 pack per day. He prefers salty food. BP: 140/90mmHg HR: 87/min RR: 14/min WT: 68kg.
