Case Study: Following the project situation described in group assignment 1, Procter and Gamble (P&G) Ltd has asked you to develop a project team to assist you managing the project. You were also informed that 2 external contractors are involved in developing the watch enclosure (Norway-based) and packaging. In the meantime, the major shareholder of P&G Ltd was very interested in particular in this project and pledged more support to successfully completion. However, the monitoring watch must obtain FDA approval before providing it to the MedicAid administration, which is independent from the government final approval. The top-management has also asked for a quarterly EVA.
