Case Tyler works for a Wall Street firm and he had recently been put in charge of the interest rate swaps division. One of his team members is Roger, an expert at creating complex financial products that are highly profitable for both his firm and his clients. However, the exact workings of these products may be difficult for clients to fully understand. Roger had been working on a deal for Blue Widget, an important Fortune 500 client. The client needs the proposal as soon as possible so the two men meet to review the transaction's final details. Tyler understands the structure of the swap and he is pleased with the significant tax savings it will provide to the client. However, when he asks Roger how much their firm makes on this deal, he is surprised by his response: "I am not going to tell you because you might tell Blue Widget"."
