The United States prison system is just a new form of slavery. Agree or disagree and support your position. You will need to research to find articles to support your position.

Review the Elements of an Argument power point, the document provided about how to do an Annotated Bibliography, your assigned readings, and any other articles related to the topic that you have researched to inform your position and support your argument. Use at least 3 sources that you have found in your research. Be sure complete an annotated bibliography for those sources and include it at the end of your essay. Also, be sure to cite your references or direct quotes from your sources in your essay.

This paper is about American Prison system. It asked to read the book "Why Prisons Don't Work" and to write the essay on Prison's slavery system. American slave holding was actually cancelled in the year 1865. But there was an avoidance in the 13th Clause which has permitted it to remain as a penalty for offences completely into the 21st centenary. So, authorities have urged for a comprehensive and ubiquitous meaning of “crime” in the last 150 years. As a consequence, more people are conducting forced, implicitly defrauded, forced labour in America now than before. The large preponderance of defendants have been prisoned for victim less offences, non-violence, and several of them are also imprisoned for drugs.
