Question: A Delaware man is suing a medical clinic because he woke up from a colonoscopy wearing a pair of pink women's underwear. [The man] was employed at the [medical clinic] at the time of the incident and claims that the "extreme and outrageous" joke played by his colleagues caused him to suffer "severe emotional stress and mental anguish."

Given that it was a joke and not an attempt to harm, does he have a legal case?
