Case Study: Informal sources cannot be used in academic research. We often need to see the numbers. How many are affected? How much money can we save if we implement a program? We look at incidence, prevalence, QALY and DALY. Although those numbers are crucial for policymakers when making a decision, we should not forget the power of informal sources.

Personal stories touch us in a way that numbers cannot.
