The turmoil of the 1970's seemed to end with the election of Ronald Reagan. However, as we have learned, every year and every decade comes with its own set of issues and problems. The 1980's were no different. Despite the many advances of the decade, we still had deal with the Cold War, an uncertain economic future, drugs, and AIDS to name a few.
