Big Bank Hank was a 65 y/o well-nourished caucasian male presenting to the ER with tightness in his chest. He was out doing his usual 5k run. He took a break and starting walking and he felt much better. Later he felt pain radiating down his left arm and up into his mandible. Diaphoresis set in and he called 911. As a cardiopulmonary tech, what actions would you take? What do you think the diagnosis would be?
