It is also the setting for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr's, "I have a dream" speech, a moving oration which not only solidified Dr King as a leader and mentor for the civil rights movement but also set the tone for social change through peaceful non-violence. Much has changed since 1963. But still there is much left to do to ensure equal rights and equal justice are afforded to ALL Americans regardless of race, ethnicity, origin, and so many other areas of social incongruity What do you think has changed for the better?
