Assignment:

I've just done one of this Journal and I am sick to do one more.

I was not able to assist with many activities except daily personal care as client stayed home all time during my placement.

Please advice me to fill some of questions.

Assessment/Support incidental learning opportunities to enhance skill development

Ideal list of activities I took with client....

Watching Netflix, Play game (connect4) , grooming and oral hygiene, Just talking keep company.

Client needs to walk for mobility development but only short distance (living room to bedroom only)

I don't know that can be activity but did encouraged client walk when it is safe, prompt to use wheelchair when the floor is wet (after shower) for safety etc.
