Question 1) Get yourself a helper. While it is light outside turn on the light in a room that has an outside window at ground level. Have your helper stand outside 20 or 30 feet from the window while you stand inside. Now look at each other (you can wave if you like). Switch locations and look at each other again. Is it harder to see the other person if you are outside looking in or inside looking out?

Question 2) Repeat #1 only this time do it when it is dark outside.

Question 3) Stand a pair of mirrors on edge with the faces parallel to each other. Place an object, such as a coin between the mirrors, and look at the reflections in each mirror. What do you observe?

Question 4) Set up two mirrors at right angle to one another (some bathroom cupboards have more than two mirrored doors and just need to be opened right).
