Write a java program that allows user to enter the number of numbers to generate random integers between 0 to 9 and displays the count of each numbers.

Also, create a second array that has the percentage of the total for each count. Allow the user to repeat this as many times as they wish (set the counts back to 0 each time through).

Try it with 10, 100, 1000, and 10,000 random numbers. What do you notice about the percentages?
