What do you do if you are unsure of a client's medications? Identify the correct options below. According to the NDIS Standards, it is my responsibility to know all the medications that my residents are on, I must know why they are being used and the potential side effects to look out for. Not worry too much because there will always be someone on duty who knows the medications better than I do.
