1. What do you consider the greatest physical risk to people at your workplace (or school campus if not employed)? Is there a plan to mitigate that risk?

2. Does your workplace do disaster planning? If so what type?

3. What rights have you relinquished or given up? Was it worth it?

4. Last weeks question concerning public sector pay and benefits was interesting. Some of you immediately went to teachers, firefighters and police. And most of you seemed to agree that those groups deserve more pay not less. Those aren't the only public sector workers. As a matter of fact they are a minority of public sector workers. If we take them out of the picture (carve those groups out) should we curb the increases for City Managers, School Superintendents, road workers, trash collectors, license branch employees, meter readers etc. How much less money are you willing to have for your family so that those groups can have more? And how can we pay teachers, police and firefighters more and still keep taxes affordable? What's your strategy?
