This case focuses on incidents at a Federal Express facility that led to an EEOC cmplaint about sexual harassment. The female employee was awarded monies for lost wages and pain and suffering. The ruling includes $2.5 million in punitive damages, too. The victim was the only female tractor-trailer driver at the facility. She was subjected to mid kidding at first, but it escalated into anti-female comments and threats. When she complained, she was retaliated against. Management at the facility did not stop the harassment. Please begin your discussion by answering the following: 1) Where do you believe HR failed the employee in this case?
