7. "People are not morally responsible unless they have free will. Punishment doesn''t make any sense unless people are morally responsible. Consequently, punishment makes sense only if people have free will". Is this argument valid or invalid?

8. "Either Miss Scarlett killed Mr. Body or Col. Mustard did. Miss Scarlett killed Mr. Body if he was killed in the library and Col. Mustard killed Mr. Body only if the lead pipe was the murder weapon. Although the lead pipe was the murder weapon, Mr. Body was not killed in the library". Assuming these statements are true, can we know who killed Mr. Body? If so, who?
