Subjective: Patient states pelvic pain and increased bleeding during menstrual cycle. She also describes pain with intercourse.
Objective: VS: HR 70, BP 125/72, O2 Sat 98% on RA (room air), Resp. 18, Temp. 98. On assessment, there are no palpable masses present. Lab work: CA 125 is 45 units/ml.
