He stated that he had been experiencing increasing fatigue and a 10-pound weight loss that he thought was due to "working and studying too hard."

Subjective: Patient states that he has a small lump on his neck and has been experiencing increasing fatigue with a 10-pound weight loss in the past six months.

Objective: VS: HR 103, BP 122/65, O2 Sat 97% on RA (room air), Resp. 16.

Lab work: Increased number of WBCs and decreased RBCs.
