Case Study: The purpose of the group project is to have students use a structured approach to project management in a team setting. Teams consisting of four will choose a completed project to research and evaluate. Each team will select a different project. Project evaluation involves going through a step-by-step process of collecting, recording, and organizing information about project results. Your evaluation should focus on main project management knowledge area (e.g., Scope, budget, schedule, quality etc.). Your team will decide on project to research and plan how team will do all of the work required to complete it. Next you will develop a 15-minute topic presentation and present it in the class (see presentation rubric for guidelines). Your presentation must answer questions like:
