1. Select two specific groups of students (hearing impaired, Autistic, Merit, etc...) and conduct a web search to identify educational needs of that group and teaching and learning strategies that are proven to be effective. You will create a chart and then all the charts will be posted and shared so that each member of the class will have a handy reference guide. You will want to organize around the concepts of readiness and learning style as certain groups contain some characteristics of these in common.

2. Find an online Learning Inventory and complete it. Write a personal reflection that describes your leaning style and learning needs and post it to the Discussion Board. How do you learn best? What did you learn about your colleagues? And what are the implications for teaching and learning?
