In this survey, 35 people from business, education, and community samples were asked about 100 leadership skills gleaned from the literature. The question for each skill was, "How important do you believe this skill is for a leader." Note the respondents are not in a particular order, but were tabulated as they were collected. B=Business, C=Community, and Ex=Educator. Your goal is to answer two questions:

I. Do leaders place more emphasis on some leadership skills than on other leadership skills and if so, what is the rank order of those skills?

II. Do these leadership skills change by type of job. e.g.,educational job/level; administration, high school, middle school, elementary school, university, business, or community?

You are asked to sort the responses into a visualization that allows you to understand what skills are most important to particular groups of leaders and then further sort to understand how the entire group feels about the leadership skills. Your presentation should cover:

I. What the data is and what it consists of?

II. How it was obtained?

III. What did you have to do to the data to use it effectively?

IV. What visualization or visualizations help you parse and understand the data? (Build and display the visualizations).

V. What would be the next steps for this data?
