Question: What did the court decide? :The trial court issued a permanent injunction in favor of Patricia and ordered the couple to convey the Lake Jackson home to Patricia. Moneyhon and Parrish-Moneyhon v. Moneyhon, 278 5.W.3d 874 (Tex. 2009). The trial court ordered that Patricia take nothing for exemplary damages or for attorney's fees. The couple felt that the ruling was unjust, so they brought the issue to the appellate court, where the ruling was overturned. The appellate court ordered that Patricia will be denied any relief against the couples.
