In this lesson we are going to look at the skills and competencies that are required to work with ICT and public policy. In the article this week there is a discussion that addresses this topic through the evaluation of two different degree programs.

The focus is not necessarily on the degree programs themselves, but on the skills and competencies that the authors believe are required.

As with any and all articles, we are going to have our own point of view and this is something that you should be expressing in papers and discussions throughout the semester.
