Sandra is a 78-year-old female resident of this nursing home with a past medical hx of HTN ac/o left hip pain since this morning. Reports a trip and fall in the shower landing on the tile floor. Left leg is shortened and externally rotated. Reports pain level 10/10 on movement. No preceding dizziness, lightheadedness or syncope reported. Denies chest pai and pressure, shortness of breath. Reports indigestion earlier this morning. Resident seen and examined at bedside. Medications: lisinopril 10mg daily Past medical history: Hypertension Past surgical history: None reported. Family History: None reported.
