Problem: AI Chatbot is a computer program powered by AI that allows business to interact with the customers via a chat interface. Assume you are working on a project to develop a Chabot that will provide customer service for Kevin and Davis, Inc (K&D), an online retailer of pet food and other pet-related products. The Chabot you are working on has the following functions: Gathering Information When a customer initiates a conversation, the Chatbot will gather information about the customer, service requested and customer's account (if any). After that, Chatbot either provides services to the customer or passes the information to a human agent and connects the customer to the agent.
