Case Study: When we begin thinking of our future in business, we often consider our role models. Role models can be members of our own families, the parents of friends, well known business leaders, entrpreneurs, or simply local business owners in our own communities. You will have an opportunity to honor one someone you either admire from afar, or one you personally know - for either you must address why you admire and value their innovation in business. This presentation will be between 4-5 minutes in length. No PowerPoint will be used for this speech presentation. Make sure that your speech presentation is not a biography of the person.For this presentation you must do research and orally cite at least 3 sources in the presentation. Your research will include one in-depth interview for a personal topic (someone you know), or 6+ secondary sources for a famous business person you admire from afar. To prepare for this presentation, you will need to answer the following questions:
Question 1. What criteria make up the value of this business person in your mind? In other words, what is it that you value in a person who has proven themselves successful in business making them admirable?
Question  2. Which business persons do you know personally you consider admirable? Whom do you admire but not know? Brainstorm some names for this assignment!
Question 3. Who is the audience at this event and what, as a group, do they consider admirable in business? How does the person you have chosen for this honor embody those? What examples of the honored values have you witnessed or researched involving this person?
Question 4. Think about how you will locate at least 4 or 6 sources (included in your Works Cited page) to learn more about the audience's needs and values and its relationship to this business person? Where can you learn specific examples related to the person you describe during your presentation?
Question 5. Finally, what is it that you hope your audience to learn from the person you are honoring? Why is this valuable?
