Help discribe what crime occurred here please. Bart is attending a high school graduation open house being held for one of his neighbor's daughters. Bart doesn't really like his neighbor but attends anyway. During the party, he sees his neighbor sitting in a chair near a table, leaning back on the back two legs of the chair. Bart decides to go grab another beer and walks past his neighbor. As Bart passes his neighbor, he intentionally kicks the leg of the chair causing his neighbor to fall backward onto the ground. Bart chuckles to himself and keeps walking.

Bart's neighbor jumps up and accuses Bart of having kicked his chair on purpose. Bart denies it and gets his beer. However, Help discribe what crime occurred here please.Billy sees the whole incident and, believing Bart did it on purpose, goes and confronts Bart, and accuses him of intentionally kicking the chair. Bart tells Billy, "If I wanted to hurt him, I would have just kicked his ass, like I'm going to do to you!" Bart then advances on Billy and punches Billy in the face. Billy then tackles Bart to the ground. As both wrestle on the ground, Bart is able to get behind Billy and puts him in a chokehold. After a minute or so, Help discribe what crime occurred here please.Billy begins to wave his hand to call off Bart and then passes out. Bart then gets up and begins to leave the party.

Now Bart's neighbor approaches Bart and confronts him about his behavior. In response, Bart picks up a metal folding chair and swings it hard at the neighbor's knee, striking the knee and causing the neighbor to collapse on the ground. As other guests begin to advance on Bart, he holds up the chair and tells everyone, "Get back! I'll beat your ass too!" Then he leaves.

Billy has a broken nose and bruising to his face and neck. Bart's neighbor has ligament damage to his knee, and it is swollen, and a bump on the back of his head, but he is fully expected to recover. (These facts help you decide what crimes occurred above.)
