In this assignment, students will evaluate a scenario and assess the conditions that need to be created to lead to a highly performing team. Referring to the topics from this week's content, select one of the following three scenarios and prepare answers to each question posed with the case scenario. Note: Case #1 and #3 have two posed questions and Case #2 has three associated questions. Make sure to answer all questions all parts.
