Question: The internet marketing group at an outdoor apparel retailer is "at war" with the retail stores group. While they both work for the same company, they see themselves as competing against each other. The internet marketing group tries to capture sales via the internet while the retail stores group's goal is in-store sales. Each group has been known to send "nasty notes" about the other group. There have been rumors of sabotage.
