Activity 1
1 : Choose three products/ services which you would like to purchase. Conduct your own research to find out about each one. Prepare a memo in which you set out your findings.

You have been asked to design and present a training session for these new employees. This will be delivered after their initial induction.

Your presentation will need to cover the steps taken to research the product range and recommend products/ services.
