Although companies know this, they often either don't know how to attract the best talent or are unwilling to invest their time and/or money must realize is that it's too expensive not to develop strong hiring skills.

Given the current talent/labor shortages, as well as the need to retrain their current workforce as change occurs and the rising cost of employee turnover:
