Case: You are a marketing research specialist proposing a research project to a Greek restaurant "Athens" on Georgia Street in Vancouver. The restaurant has experienced a decline in traffic (number of visits) over the last three months.

PHASE 1: Assume that you first want to do several focus group sessions to understand the reasons why there has been a decrease in the number of visits, and also to discover customers' ideas on how to improve. Answer the questions below (make sure to specify your answers with 1A, 1B, 1C). Each answer is worth a max of 5 marks.
