Physical assessment reveals: Vitals: T-101.2 F, P-92, R-18, BP-128/78. alert and oriented, but groggy, diaphoretic, fine crackles to lower lobes bilaterally. Able to move all extremities. Complains of abdominal pain and dry mouth. Bowel sounds are hypoactive, no BM since prior to surgery. Voiding dark amber urine without difficulty. Intake last 24 hours: 2480 mL Output: Urine 1900; NG output 200 mL dark green secretions. Available Labs: Urine sp. gravity is 1.030, K+ 3.1 mEq/L, Na 140 mEq/L, Cl 91 mEq/L What additional assessment data should you obtain related to fluid status?
