Assignment: Program Evaluation on Chicago's Plan 2.0 to Combat Homelessness

You will design, conduct and present an evaluation of for the Chicago 2.0 Program to combat Homelessness. This will be a 12 to 14 pages paper discussing your evaluation. Page limit includes Title page and References (does not include 4 pages Appendix for logic model or data collection plan).

After a brief Introduction, the paper should contain discussion of (order can be modified based on your evaluation needs only for numbers 1-3):

I. Literature Review: Your Program Evaluation should include a review of any relevant literature on your program and include discussion of at least four peer-reviewed journal articles with three articles dated 2020 or more recent. This is more comprehensive than the bibliography and should flow with the overall paper. I am including a recommended bibliography where you can find articles.

II. Stakeholders:

V. Evidence

i. Ideally you will have data to adequately evaluate this program- but you do not. In this case you must include a data collection plan and all documents (e.g. survey instruments) that you would use to collect the data. This section will be in the Appendix. IX. Reference List: Include an APA reference list of all and only the sources you used in your Evaluation. For this paper only and only this course, this section can be single-spaced. References must have active links and should allow for retrieval.
