After reading this week's materials, respond with a 125 word response on a topic of your choice to this week's readings (textbook & supplemental readings in the Week Eleven Module).

Ideally, your response should synthesize main points, analyze the meaning, and be reflective of the significance to your profession/workplace. Here are a few options you might consider (but you may use your own format if you wish):

  • "Okay, but so what?" -- What concepts or ideas in the chapters seemed to lack significance to you? You might pose questions about the authors' values of such concepts or ideas. It's okay to question why such concepts and ideals are valued in the first place.
  • "Compared to others" -- What concepts or ideas in the chapters align with others? You might talk about how some concepts and ideas are closely related to other courses you are taking or have taken in the past. You might talk about the parallels you see in this course to another business or HR course -- you may even see contrasting ideals and contradictions.
