Case: Sarah calls Mark one day while he was at work. She asks him if he wants to go out for lunch. Mark suddenly gives a cold answer.

He says he's very busy with his work.

Disappointed, Sarah lashes out at Mark for not having time for her. She starts yelling at him and accusing him. She says she is not happy in the relationship.

Mark, already having a hard time at work, lashes out at Sarah. He starts telling her about how difficult his job is and how he is pressured by his boss. They both start yelling at each other.

It eventually escalates into a full-blown fight, which continues when they get home later that day.
