ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Your assignment is to interview an "entrepreneur". This requires you to select someone who fits the definition of an entrepreneur, prepare interview questions, arrange for a face-to-face interview, then following the interview, prepare a 3-4 page submission (the "Interview Report") concerning the interview as outlined below.

Submit: 1. the "Interview Report", and as appendices:

2. your prepared questions, and

3. the "Entrepreneur Fact Sheet and Approval Form" (see above due date)

The Interview Report, prepared questions, and Entrepreneur Fact sheet must be submitted electronically though Canvas.

Some relevant issues to address in your report should include:

1. Is my interviewee an entrepreneur? Why?

2. What characteristics did my interviewee think are key to success? Do you agree?

3. What apprenticeship route has the interviewee taken to get to where they are today? Did it share consistencies with what we discussed in class? Could it have been improved upon?

4. What entrepreneurial skills does your interviewee have that you would like to implement in your own life? What entrepreneurial skills do you feel your interviewee could improve upon?

5. What is the most important thing you learned from the interview?

As you can conclude, I am looking for you to consider closely course material we have covered to date as it relates to your entrepreneur. Again, I emphasize, do not just tell your interviewee's story.
