Generally, grant funders ask at the minimum for a final report on program outcomes, challenges, and successes. Some may ask for a site visit during the grant cycle. No matter what the sponsor requires, all grant-funded projects should track and monitor progress as well as lessons learned. What changes will you be looking for as a result of your project?
