Question: Mercy is finalising recruiting of one new staff member for the Artificial Intelligence component of the project. She has two candidates, Rachel, an experience Artificial Intelligence expert who has all the technical skills but lack non-technical skills such as problem solving, team work and listening. However, June is not an expert in Artificial Intelligence although she knows the basics and is able to develop Artificial Intelligence techniques. June possesses strong business acumen, is able to negotiate with customers, liaise with team members and management, solve problems, work as part of a team and engage in effective listening. Mary has decided to go June.
