Question: Capune was attempting a trip from New York to Florida on an 18-foot-long paddleboard. Capune approached a pier owned by Robbins, who had posted signs prohibiting surfing and swimming around the pier. Capune did not see the signs and tried to continue his journey by passing under the pier. Robbins yelled at Capune and threw two glass bottles at him. Capune tried to maneuver around the pier. Robbins threw a third bottle at Capune which struck him on the head which caused a large gash. It took 24 sutures to close the wound. What cause(s) of action would Capune have against Robbins?
