Put yourself in the position of a HR Manager during this time of pandemic. You are managing 5 very diverse employees who are currently working from home. What can you do to make sure that your employees are performing their work efficiently and effectively? Here are the profiles of your employees:

Employee A: Male, single, lives alone in his own house, has a car and is known to "escape" and ride around town during office hours. Sometimes difficult to access, often argues connectivity problems;

Employee B: Female, single, breadwinner, lives with her mother who is a senior citizen and two younger siblings who are both retrenched because of the pandemic. She cannot leave the house and is constantly annoyed by her siblings. Her performance is declining.

Employee C: Female, married, husband is also working with a three year-old daughter. Not much problem except that she only performs the job she has to perform and does not welcome new challenges, often argues that she has her hands full.

Employee D: Openly gay male, lives with parents, and likes going out despite the pandemic. He sees the pandemic as a way to escape the 8am-5pm routine work, Escapes work if an opportunity arises like if you did not give any task to accomplish, has no initiative of "looking" for work to be done.

Employee E: Male, married, wife recently died with a two year-old son. Currently spiraling down because of recent events. He is once among your top employees but is now too sad to be productive.

Enumerate what actions you can take to make them responsible with their work even if they are doing it from home.
