Question

This can be sitting outside on your lunch break, playing outside with the kids, walking the dog, mowing the yard. Whatever fits into your life. Take in the trees, birds, insects, all of it. Notice how they work together. What they take from and give each other. What they give you (trees give you oxygen and shade, birds give you songs, etc.) Tell me a little bit about what you experienced. What organisms and relationships did you notice (systems, cycles, food chains)? Did you notice a clash of our two worlds (litter, roadkill, cut trees)? What can you do to improve the natural environment around you (pick up litter, plant trees/flowers, etc.)?
