Sherry is the manager for an office of 30 employees. About a year ago they've hired an administrative assistant (Molly) to help with administrative duties. Molly isn't working out. It seems she's unable to do her work and continues to make mistakes. Unfortunately, Sherry allowed her to work passed the probation period.
Now, it is obvious. Molly is not the right choice.
Three months ago, Sherry gave Molly a negative evaluation. Since then, Molly has called in sick, took leave of absences, and, for the last month, has been on an extended unpaid sick-leave.
